• Please phone 01773 832008 for more information about payment, insurers and what to expect from your first visit.
• Registered with all major insurers: Please let us know at the time of booking if you intend to use health insurance to pay for your treatment. Thanks

• Once you have booked your assessment please download the Registration pack and complete it BEFORE you come for the appointment and remember to bring it with you. It will save a lot of time and mean we can spend more time doing the assessment.
  
  
• Our telephone answering service
  Because of the nature of our work we are often not able to answer our calls immediately as we may be with a client. Please leave a message with our answering service (who can answer many of your questions too) and will return your call as soon as we can – almost always on the same working day or within 24 hrs. Please leave a daytime contact number so that we can reach you.

• FREE telephone consultation
  We are happy to give advice over the telephone if you are unsure as to whether your condition warrants treatment, or if treatment would be of any benefit.
  
  
• Appointment availability
  Appointments are available on most working days during the day and / or evenings. Saturday appointments are sometimes available by prior arrangement and will incur an additional fee. Call 01773 832008 for more information.
  
  
• Payment
  Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit card (credit cards incur a surcharge) and must  be made on the day of your appointment.

• Booking Your Assessment
  In order to book your assessment you will be asked to give your credit or debit card details*. Please note that your card will NOT be charged unless you fail to attend your assessment or a subsequent appointment without giving at least 48 hrs notice. Your details are kept on a secure, encrypted system. PhysioWays Ltd are registered with the Data Controller for Data Protection. ( *if you have objections to giving your card details please e-mail us info@physioways.co.uk before trying to book your assessment.)
  
  
• Cancellation Policy – we require 48hrs notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment without charge. If you fail to attend an appointment without sufficient notice you will be charged the full fee for your appointment unless circumstances are exceptional, or where we are able to fill your place with another client.
